The contents of this website and blogs are all my original work (no AI involved!) and not stolen from anywhere. Where information has been sourced from other places, they are adequately mentioned.

Although I have done my own independent research were needed, the information should be taken cautiously in that there may be newer information that may have superseded what I have written. Where possible I have also provided the date of my posts/ date when posts were updated.
